Payment Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 15, 2025

By making a payment on Crution Events (a service by Crution Private Limited), you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (if applicable)

All transactions are processed through a trusted and encrypted payment gateway.


2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a ticket is booked and paid for, the price will not change for that transaction.

3. Booking Confirmation

  • Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email or SMS.
  • Please ensure your contact details are entered correctly to receive ticket confirmation and updates.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be processed unless the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer.
  • In the event of cancellation, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Service Charges

  • A nominal service or convenience fee may be added to the ticket price, which will be displayed before checkout.

6. Disputes

  • In case of payment-related disputes, please contact our support team at support@crution.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the claim is invalid or raised after the stated period.

7. Event Changes

Crution is not responsible for changes in venue, timing, or content of events. Any changes will be informed by the event organizer.


8. Fraudulent Transactions

Crution reserves the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraud or misuse of the platform.
