Return & Refund Policy

At Crution Events, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent ticket booking experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making any purchases.


1. No Return or Exchange

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • Once a ticket is booked and confirmed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another event or date.

2. Refunds (Only for Canceled/Postponed Events)

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The event is canceled by the organizer.
  • The event is rescheduled/postponed and you’re unable to attend on the new date.

In such cases:

  • Refunds will be initiated automatically or upon request (if eligible).
  • The refund process may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method and bank policies.

3. No Refund for:

  • Change of mind or personal schedule conflicts.
  • Inability to attend due to weather, traffic, or other personal reasons.
  • Partially used tickets.
  • Delays in entry due to late arrival.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Email us at support@crution.com with your booking ID and reason for the request.
  2. Our team will verify and respond within 48 hours.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

5. Event Organizer Policy

Some events may have specific refund conditions set by the organizer. Please check the event details page for organizer-specific rules before booking.
